Culinary happiness
The downside of receiving dietary and nutritional counsel is the animosity it may generate due to restrictive or intrusive perception, however, Kalra, Joshi & Das (2021) suggest that this behavioral reaction can be modulated through the incorporation of happiness as part of the counseling process. Culinary happiness encompasses food acquisition, preparation, plating, and preservation, and as per the authors, is defined as the act of sharing nutritional, dietary, and cooking advice while preserving the happiness generated from consuming food.
