Diet and Cognition (Child and Adolescent)

The CNP Diet and Cognition Research Category consolidates research exploring the interdependent relationship between dietary intake and child and adolescent cognition. Within Nutritional Psychology, we refer to cognition as the mental processes associated with attention, perception, thinking, learning, memory, and other higher-order processes.
